As the Managing Member of NRI Wealth Management, LLC since 2012, he has been committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic investment planning, customized asset allocation, risk management, and comprehensive financial solutions.

Throughout his career, Laddi has held key positions in the financial services industry, including roles at Woodbury Financial, MassMutual, and Securities America. His experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of investment strategies, economic trends, and financial structuring. He specializes in developing tailored financial plans based on each client’s unique needs, considering personal and family objectives, investment knowledge, wealth structure, and liquidity requirements. His approach includes ongoing portfolio management, estate tax planning, insurance solutions, and identifying planning opportunities to secure long-term financial stability for his clients.
